Antique Zen collects and sells artwork and antiques on-line – from museums, auctions, private estates – and from around the world: China, Japan, Tibet, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Orient generally. Ancient works are available from as early as 3 B.C.E.

Buddhist collections include ancient carved reliefs and statues, Ming Dynasty statues, Tibetan bronzes and antique thankas, old Chinese jade and jewelry and Buddhist art from most periods and cultures.

Acquisitions

Please do not send artifacts or antiques. We regret we cannot accept inquiries regarding pieces you might own and we will refuse any unsolicited packages by courier or mail. For appraisals we suggest the Asian experts at the larger auction houses. We acquire all of our fine antiques and antiquities only from known collectors, museums, other Asian antique experts or, occassionally, from well-known auction houses. We do not acquire antiques or antiquities or art from private collectors who are not already known to us. This is important to our valued customers. Please do not phone or email us with inquiries for valuation or an offer to sell. We will refer you to the closest Asian expert at a large and reputable auction house. Thank you!
